Any order over $35 shipped within the contiguous US will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday may experience additional processing times.

You can change or cancel your order within 4 hours from the confirmation page. No changes can be made to the order after the 4 hour window. All processing times are estimates subject to change. Please note that choosing express shipping does not expedite the processing time and the order must process before the express shipping period begins.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US and UK are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means that you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that OLAPLEX is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. You can reach out to your local post office for additional information.

The quoted prices are inclusive of sales taxes when they are shipping to a jurisdiction that is aligned to the domain. For those shipments outside of locations that match the domain, the customer is responsible for the import duties.
