If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from AU.OLAPLEX.COM, you may return it to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. To start the return process visit the returns portal linked below. After following the steps in the portal, you will be emailed a link to a shipping label.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is processed. Please note, a return fee of $7 AUD will be deducted from your refund. We recommend you keep your drop-off receipt with the tracking number for your records until your parcel has been received at our warehouse.

*If your purchase was made outside of AU.OLAPLEX.COM, we ask you to contact the retailer directly for a return in line with their return policy. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased outside of our authorized distributors or retailers.
