We love a drastic transformation as much as the next hair lover; however, there’s something about a subtle change that leaves a little sparkle wherever it goes. Take this stunning red to brunette transformation on Allison Hartke Nahoopii’s client for example; a Mia Farrow inspired pixie cut with a natural chocolate brunette giving the client a radiant, youthful glow. Haters will say it’s a different person, but the truth is, sometimes a little shift can make a massive impact on someone’s overall look. The Formula:
Here’s how she did it. Allison went in with 4br 20 volume for grey coverage with slices of 5mm and 6vr demi, toning any left out hair with Shades EQ 6aa bonfire– all with Olaplex No.1. She then finished with Olaplex No.2 + Goldwell direct dye G&R added in for depth and color retention.
